  • What do I need to provide to get started?

    The basics: your logo (if you have one), some photos of your work or team, your business info, and access to your domain if you already own one. Don't have all that? No problem—we'll help you figure it out. That's literally what we're here for.

  • Do I need any technical skills to use BeeMighty?

    If you can send an email and scroll through social media, you can use BeeMighty. We built this for business owners, not IT departments. And if you ever get stuck, we're a call or text away.

  • What if I already have a website?

    Great—we can migrate your content and get you upgraded without starting from scratch. If your current site is doing some things well, we'll keep what works. If it's a dumpster fire, we'll put it out of its misery and build you something better.

  • Can I try BeeMighty before committing?

    Absolutely. We offer a 14-day free trial so you can kick the tires, explore the platform, and see if it's the right fit. No pressure, no games.

  • What happens during onboarding?

    We start with a discovery call to understand your business, your goals, and your pain points. Then we get to work—building your site, configuring your CRM, and setting up your automations. You'll get training on how to use everything, and we don't disappear after launch. We're here for the long haul.

  • How much does BeeMighty cost?

  • Is there a free trial?

    Yes—14 days, full access to your selected plan. We do require a credit card to start (keeps the tire-kickers out), but you won't be charged until your trial ends. Cancel anytime before that, and you pay nothing.

  • Are there any setup fees or hidden costs?

    Nope. The price you see is the price you pay. No surprise "implementation fees," no nickel-and-diming for basic features. We hate that stuff as much as you do.

  • Can I change plans later?

    Anytime. Upgrade when you're ready to grow, downgrade if you need to scale back. We make it easy because locking people into plans they've outgrown is a lousy way to do business.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    All major credit cards. We bill monthly or annually (annual saves you roughly 10%). Simple.

  • What's your refund policy?

    If you're not happy within the first 30 days, we'll make it right—whether that's additional support, adjustments to your setup, or a refund. We're not interested in keeping money we didn't earn.

  • Do you offer discounts for annual billing?

    Yes—pay annually and save about 10% compared to monthly billing. It's our way of saying thanks for the commitment.

  • What's a "unified inbox" and why do I need it?

    It's one place to see and respond to all your messages—texts, emails, Facebook messages, Google messages—without jumping between apps. Fewer tabs, fewer missed messages, fewer headaches.

  • Can I send marketing emails and texts through BeeMighty?

    Yes (Growth plan and above). Email campaigns, SMS marketing, drip sequences—you can stay in front of your customers without paying for a separate email tool.

  • Does BeeMighty help with online reviews?

    Yes (Growth plan and above). We make it easy to request reviews from happy customers and manage your online reputation. Because let's be honest—reviews matter, and asking for them manually is awkward.

  • Can I book appointments through my BeeMighty website?

    Yes. Online scheduling is built in, so customers can book with you 24/7 without the back-and-forth texts. You'll get notifications, they'll get confirmations. Everyone wins.

  • Is there a mobile app?

    Yes. Manage your business, respond to leads, and check your pipeline from your phone. Because you're not always at a desk.

Technical

  • Do I need to buy a domain name separately?

    If you already own a domain, we'll connect it to your new BeeMighty site. If you don't have one, we can help you get one. Either way, we'll handle the technical setup.

  • Is my data secure?

    Yes. We use SSL encryption on all sites, and our platform partners (Duda and HighLevel) maintain enterprise-grade security standards. Your data—and your customers' data—is protected.

  • Can I integrate BeeMighty with other tools I use?

    We integrate with thousands of apps through Zapier and native integrations. QuickBooks, Google Calendar, Stripe, you name it. If there's something specific you need connected, ask us—we'll figure it out.

  • Who owns my website and data?

    You do. If you ever decide to leave (we hope you won't), your content and customer data belong to you. We don't hold your business hostage.

  • What happens to my site if I cancel?

    Your site stays live through the end of your billing period. After that, it goes offline. We'll give you time to export your data and make other arrangements. No sudden shutoffs, no drama.

  • Do you handle website hosting?

    Yes—hosting is included in every plan. You don't need to pay for separate hosting or worry about server maintenance. We've got it covered.

  • How do I get help if I need it?

    Every plan includes email support. Growth plans get priority support, and Professional plans get a dedicated success manager plus phone support. But honestly? We're a small team and we actually like helping people—so reach out however works for you.

  • What are your support hours?

    We're typically available Monday through Friday, 9am–6pm Eastern. We're not a 24/7 call center, but we respond fast—usually within a few hours, often sooner.

  • Will I talk to a real person?

    Yes. We're not hiding behind chatbots and ticket numbers. When you reach out, you'll talk to someone on our team who actually knows your account.

  • Do you offer training?

    Absolutely. Onboarding includes hands-on training so you know how to use everything. And if you need a refresher later, just ask. We don't charge extra to teach you how to use what you're paying for.

  • What if I need something custom?
