BEEMIGHTY PLUS SERVICE DEFINITIONS
PREAMBLE & ACCEPTANCE
These Service Definitions define the services of BeeMighty Plus and what each does and does not include. They are incorporated by reference into each BeeMighty Plus Scope of Work (SOW). What BeeMighty delivers for a given engagement, and the fees for it, are set in that SOW; these descriptions define the scope of each service, not its price. BeeMighty may update these descriptions from time to time; the version in effect when an SOW is signed applies to that engagement.
How to read this.
Services are grouped by the five-step BeeMighty Plus process — Discover, Design, Build, Launch & Train, and Grow. The first four are the one-time build; Grow is the optional ongoing partnership. Each component below has a short definition and, where a boundary matters, what is included (In) and not included (Out). Delivery is tagged:
- [Core] — delivered as part of the BeeMighty platform and software subscription, not a separate Plus charge.
- [Included] — performed by BeeMighty as part of Plus.
- [Third-party] — produced by a vetted third-party vendor that BeeMighty directs and reviews; at the Client’s cost where noted.
- [Optional] — available on request or by fit; not part of every engagement.
- [Client-supplied] — provided by the Client (or the Client’s counsel or portal).
Four boundaries apply throughout and are also set in the Master Terms: video and photography capture is [Third-party] at the Client’s cost; securities and regulated-offering language is [Client-supplied]; media and ad spend is funded by the Client; and every account, profile, and listing is created and held under the Client’s ownership, with BeeMighty as administrator.
Discover — strategy & foundations
What we settle before anything is made: who the brand is, who it serves, how it wins, and where it stands today.
